Bread!

Another thing that Evan and I tried our hand at over the last couple of weeks was bread-making.  Now, I've made bread before, but usually I try to cut back the recipe to only one loaf, and it doesn't always turn out so great.  So this time I just made the full recipe (3 loaves), and it turned out fantastic!  Evan loved helping me knead it (we don't have a bread machine or mixer), and he thought putting it in the laundry room to rise while there were clothes drying was sooooo silly!  It was really fun, and everyone loved the results.  I was even able to use it for sandwiches!  (That's quite an accomplishment for me!)

(I actually only have 1 loaf pan, so we improvised on the other two)
