Carving Our Pumpkin

We carved pumpkins tonight, and it was so fun! When we pulled the top off Evan said, "Eww, it's cheese!!" Hehehe! Then when we started scraping out all the "gooky" stuff, I asked him what it felt like and he said, "umm....it's...uh...cheez-ity!" Too cute! He thought it was pretty yucky and slimy, but he was a good little helper! He also thought it was pretty neat that he got to help Daddy carve. He was quite insistent that the pumpkin was not to be scary, so we made a cute Jack-O-Lantern. What a fun family night!
